Latest G2 Reports Rank Vonage a Leader Across Communications APIs, Unified Communications, and Contact Centers Categories

Recognized as a leader across the VoIP, UCaaS, Cloud Communication Platform/CPaaS, and now Contact Center Operations categories in the G2 Fall 2020 Grid Reports, Vonage is the only provider to offer solutions in all four categories.

Any discussion about business communications can quickly turn into an exchange of acronyms and technical jargon. And that makes sense: VoIP is simpler than voice over IP, saying CPaaS instead of communications platform as a service will save a few seconds, and UCaaS and CCaaS roll off the tongue much more smoothly than unified communications or contact center platform as a service.

Among VoIP and UCaaS providers, Vonage scored particularly well—rating 90% or higher—in the customer satisfaction categories of meeting requirements, quality of support, and ease of use, admin, setup, and doing business. In fact, our users have kept us at Leader status for the past seven consecutive quarters. In addition to being recognized as a small-business and mid-market leader, Vonage Business Communications is also a Momentum Leader, and a High Performer for the newly released Mid-Market segment for the UCaaS category.

In a G2 review, Vonage customer Rebecca B. wrote: "Vonage has been incredibly reliable and convenient while working remotely and has tons of extra services … I also am loving being able to use my computer as a 'soft phone,' and integrating it with other software like Outlook and Clio.”

Cloud communication platform/CPaaS customers rated Vonage just as highly in ease of use (90%), and meets requirements (91%), which also resulted in a leader placement.

In addition to being recognized as a leader in the mid-market and small business segments, Vonage Communications APIs were recognized as a Momentum Leader, earned the highest implementation rating in its category for mid-market and small business, and was named one of the top 100 fastest growing products for 2020.

"The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, there are heaps of documentation that you can use to create your application and then, use their API. Sandbox testing is great!! Also, I have used their support desk and the responses have been fast and helpful. Analytics are also great. Troubleshooting is easy." wrote CEO Peter D. in a review of the Vonage CPaaS product.
