Suited best for a company with remote employees or ones that travel frequently, Virtual Extension provides your employees a dedicated direct dial number which is forwarded to their mobile phone.
A virtual extension is a direct dial number that is not tied to a physical phone and works as an inbound-only extension, including a direct dial number. The extension can forward calls to a mobile phone or another external phone number. These extensions give on-the-go employees an office presence with a Vonage extension and phone number, as well as many of the same features as other extensions.
