Geoffrey Friederich, Chief People Officer
Geoffrey Friederich joined Vonage in January 2026 as Chief People Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the People function, including talent acquisition and development, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Geoffrey is dedicated to fostering a culture where employees thrive and contribute to Vonage’s ongoing success.
Before joining Vonage, Geoffrey served as Chief People Officer at Telesign, where he led global initiatives focused on organizational transformation, employee experience, and culture alignment. He previously spent more than a decade at Ingram Micro as Division Chief Human Resources Officer, supporting expansion to a $1.6 billion global business with 15,000 employees. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, ADP, and Farmers Insurance.
Geoffrey holds a B.A. in Communications from Chapman University and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from National University. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Organizational Psychology Program at Vanguard University’s Arvielo School of Business & Management.
