Shari Wilkozek, General Counsel

Shari Wilkozek is General Counsel for Vonage. In this role, she is responsible for the company's global legal affairs, including commercial and technology transactions, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, privacy, employment and regulatory matters.

Shar brings more than 20 years of experience providing legal, regulatory and policy support for Fortune 100 technology companies across fast paced and diverse sectors, including communications, mobile, IoT, and cyber. Prior to joining Vonage, Shar was General Counsel of Honeywell Connected Enterprise, leading legal, compliance and governance for Honeywell’s SaaS, Cloud and software developer business lines.

Previously, Shar was Head of Legal at Meta’s Building 8 division, where she architected the division’s compliance and governance practices, and launched privacy and security by design programs. Earlier in her career, Shar held legal leadership roles at Lenovo, Google and Motorola, including through Motorola’s global split and restructuring into Motorola Mobility.

With extensive international and restructuring experience, she has advised on many first legal interpretations, and excels at optimizing legal resources to drive growth and innovation.
