Agents - A flow including sub-flows serving a business logic created on any single channel (HTTP, SMS, Voice, Social Messaging apps) using the AI Studio platform. Even if the same business logic is replicated across multiple channels, a workflow in one channel is considered as one agent.
Sessions - An interaction between an end-user and an AI Studio agent on any channel in inbound or outbound or both directions.
Professional Services - Available at an additional charge with Advanced and Fully Managed Plans.
NLU - Charged @ $0.0073/text request. An NLU request is classified as an intent or extracting an entity or entities from a given sentence is considered a text request.
Knowledge AI - Each Knowledge AI request is defined as a single API call generating answer with or without reference and charged at $0.0073 per Knowledge AI request. There is a default 100MB knowledge base included for each master account.
Premium TTS - Some languages require additional fees. TTS Pricing can be found here.
API Charges - Regular API charges apply for all Vonage APIs (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, ASR, Premium TTS).
Fair Usage - A maximum of 50 events per session on average. When 50 events per session are exceeded, then Vonage reserves the right to request customers to upgrade to the Advanced Plan.
- Data Retention - Conversation transcripts and data derived from conversation transcripts (intents & parameters) are stored for 90 days. Telephony recordings are stored for 30 days. Usage data can be stored for up to 13 months depending on subscription level.
