Conversation usage fees: There are two fees a business must pay to use WhatsApp: WhatsApp fee + Vonage platform fee.
WhatsApp pricing (effective July 1, 2025)
WhatsApp charges fees on a per message basis for each delivered message. Visit the Meta WhatsApp pricing page for rates.
Vonage platform fee (effective July 1, 2025)
Vonage now has a pay-per-message platform fee with rates starting as low as 0.0001 Euros (0.00015 USD) per message. Please refer to the pricing table to view the rates.

Vonage offers a pricing model with usage based on conversations, providing simplicity, predictability, and greater value.
This model aligns with WhatsApp pricing, so you have only one usage metric: the conversation
You are charged per conversation no matter how many messages are exchanged during the 24-hour session
Tiered packages provide significant savings based on message volumes
