Colleen Ogana, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Colleen Ogana is responsible for driving operational excellence, business transformation, and the company's adoption of AI, overseeing Corporate IT, Data, and Transformation functions.
Colleen has more than twenty years of experience in business transformation and operational excellence. Prior to Vonage, she served as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain for Ericsson Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS), where she led a supply chain transformation.
Joining Ericsson in 2010, Colleen also held multiple roles including in Strategic Sourcing, Performance Management and Transformation. Prior to Ericsson she also held roles at Elise Court Ltd. and the U.S. Air Force.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from East Texas A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas.
