Lisa Moore, Head of Business Critical Transformation

Lisa Moore is Head of Business Critical Transformation at Vonage. Most recently, Lisa was Vice President of Vonage Risk Advisory (VRA) & Assurance. In this role, Lisa led the VRA team in assessments, insight and guidance designed to enhance business processes, controls and risk management, ensuring legal, regulatory and corporate  standards.

Prior to joining Vonage, Lisa was Vice President of Internal Audit at Kate Spade & Company where she transformed Kate Spade’s internal audit department into a key business partner – building an international presence, working closely with business and functional heads and focusing on enterprise-wide risk. Earlier, she worked at Ernst & Young for more than 17 years in various roles in their advisory practice. While at Ernst & Young, Lisa led audit and advisory projects for global, multi-billion dollar companies with a particular focus on Information Technology, fraud and forensic accounting.
