Pamela Hehn Schroeder, Chief Financial Officer

Pamela Hehn Schroeder is the Chief Financial Officer for Vonage, responsible for the Finance, Sourcing & IT teams, as well as the Enterprise Segment Controller for Ericsson. Prior to joining Vonage, Pam was the Head of Business Control and Sourcing for Ericsson North America since July 2020. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of financial, commercial management and sourcing for the company’s operations in the United States and Canada. 

Pam joined Ericsson in 2010 and has held global executive positions while based in the United States, Sweden and the United Kingdom. She has held multiple leadership positions including Head of Business Control & Sourcing, Market Area Europe & Latin America; Business Unit Network Products & Segment Controller; was the Controller, Customer Unit AT&T; and Controller, US Regions, Broadband & Media.

Before Ericsson, Pam held senior Controller positions at Nortel Networks.

Pam has an M.B.A. from the University of Manitoba, Canada.
