Vonage Welcomes Jumper.ai Engineers to the Team, Adds Conversational Commerce Solution to the VCP

Vonage has announced that we have acquired Jumper.ai, a Singapore-based leader in omnichannel conversational commerce solutions. The Jumper.ai platform complements Vonage Communications APIs and adds a packaged, AI-enabled social messaging offering to the Vonage Communications Platform (VCP).

With the acquisition, Vonage has acquired Jumper.ai’s technology and intellectual property, including its end-to-end conversational commerce and shopper engagement platform. Jumper.ai’s team will join Vonage’s Product and Engineering group. 

The addition of Jumper.ai’s significant technology and developer-focused talent, as well as expertise in conversational commerce, is a perfect fit to enhance the programmable, flexible and intelligent capabilities of our singular Vonage Communications Platform and robust portfolio of APIs.
