No! The VBC desktop and mobile apps are available with all plans and enable the full power of your phone system and allow you to make calls, send messages, manage contacts, video conference, administer your account and so much more.  This allows you to setup and start calling fast!  

When you're ready for a desktop VoIP phone, they can be added from our admin portal.
